I will suggest to "English only in forum?"
Think of it
1. He/she will know or communicate with other, Since he/she is not using "Filipino Language"
2. Maybe this will add at rule's so that any other country who's playing will be aware or understand, What we are talking about
Anyway, Admin will be decide for it's own good, Suggestion only Sir's
